1st night's deposit required to hold reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to
arrival. Cancellation fee of $25.
After that time we only do a refund minus the cancel fee "IF" we can rebook your date's
completely.
If you have made your reservation through an agent and not through us directly, please be
aware of our cancellation policy, website, as well as sending in your signed conformation
letter to insure all dates are correct and reservation is confirmed.
Make sure your unit, arrival date & property is exactly what you reserved.
