CANCELLATION POLICY

1st night's deposit required to hold reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to
arrival. Cancellation fee of $25.

After that time we only do a refund minus the cancel fee "IF" we can rebook your date's
completely.

If you have made your reservation through an agent and not through us directly, please be
aware of our cancellation policy, website, as well as sending in your signed conformation letter
to insure all dates are correct and reservation is confirmed.

Make sure your unit, arrival date & property is exactly what you reserved.

BOOKING THROUGH AGENTS

It is up to you, (the consumer) to confirm what property you are staying at, type of unit, how many
people it sleeps, configuration of beds, whether it has a ladder to a loft, how accessible it is to
you, date, price, taxes and that you understand our cancellation policy. Cancellation must be
made directly through Victorian Serenity, not an agent.

We are not liable for incorrect information given to you by any agent or person other than
Victorian Serenity.

Check in is any time after 3:00pm ( unless other
arrangements have been made ). Checkout
time is at 10:00am. We leave the door open for
you and the key to your cabin will be inside.
